ZONA Agency

Miami — full service

One partner. Not five vendors.

Events, talent, rooms, sponsorship, brand, and the digital that outlasts the night. You tell us what you want to make happen — we assemble it, and we're accountable for it.

One contract. One number to call. Read by a person, usually within 24 hours.

Why anyone hires us

A night is ten vendors and one person holding it together.

The talent agent, the venue, the sound company, the staffing agency, the photographer, the designer, the printer, the sponsor contact, the ticketing rep, the guy with the generator. Ten negotiations, ten contracts, ten points of failure — and at 2am when the sound engineer hasn’t shown up, exactly one person is accountable, and it’s you.

You don’t need ten vendors. You need one partner who already knows all ten.

What you can hire us for

Everything a night needs, through one door.

Most partnerships use two or three of these. The brief decides which — and if you only need one, that’s what we’ll tell you.

Events & production

The night itself — designed, built, staffed, and run by people who are in the room when it happens.

  • Full event production
  • Technical, staging & sound
  • Crew and staffing
  • Run-of-show and on-site management
  • Permitting, insurance & compliance

Talent & bookings

The people and the rooms. We know who actually delivers on a Friday, and we know what they cost.

  • DJ & artist booking
  • Venue sourcing and negotiation
  • Roster representation
  • Riders, contracts & advancing
  • Travel, visas & logistics

Commercial & sponsorship

The money side. Who funds the night, what they get for it, and what the whole thing should cost.

  • Sponsorship brokerage
  • Brand activations
  • Ticketing strategy & pricing advice
  • Commercial modelling and budgets
  • Rights, deliverables & exclusivity

Brand & creative

How it looks, how it reads, and who hears about it — the difference between an event and a name people repeat.

  • Identity & art direction
  • Content, photo & video
  • PR and press
  • Social and community
  • Copy and campaign concepts

Digital & growth

The part that outlasts the night. Most of this industry's marketing dies on Sunday; this doesn't.

  • Website development
  • SEO and local search
  • Marketing support & campaigns
  • CRM, email & audience data
  • Analytics and reporting

Or all of it.

Most clients arrive knowing the night they want and not the list of things it takes. That’s fine — working out which of these you actually need is the first stage of how we work, and it’s a conversation, not a quote.

How we work

Brief to the night, and the morning after.

Five stages. You can stop after any of them — most clients don’t.

We get in the room before we quote.

What you’re making, who it’s for, what it has to feel like when the doors open, and what it has to return. Usually an hour. You leave knowing whether we’re the right people for it — and if we’re not, we’ll tell you who is.

  • A conversation, not a discovery call with a form attached
  • What the night has to achieve, in your words
  • Budget range and non-negotiables on the table early
  • An honest read on whether this is a job for us

Most producers deliver and disappear. Stage five is why the second one is easier than the first.

How we deliver

We represent the talent. We manage the project.

The best DJs, artists, venues, agencies and producers in the market are on our side of the table — a curated network we work with every week. When you hire ZONA, that’s who shows up: assembled per project, per role, by people who have worked with all of them.

01

Chosen, not searched

Two or three names per role, with a reason attached to each. We know who delivers on a Friday and who is a great deck.

02

One contract — ours

You sign with ZONA. The relationships, rates and paperwork underneath are our problem, and there are no ten invoices at the end of it.

03

We never compete with them

We bring our members deals and take an orchestration cut. An agency on ZONA keeps its clients — which is exactly why the good ones answer the phone.

The people we deliver through have their own side of ZONA. ZONA Network

Some things we don’t want to be hired for. We want to be in them.

A vendor takes a fee and goes home. That’s the right deal for most nights, and it’s most of what we do. But a concept worth building doesn’t need a vendor — it needs someone with skin in it, who loses if it doesn’t work.

Incubate

You have a concept and it deserves to exist. We build it with you — production, talent, rooms, identity, sponsors — and we take a stake instead of a fee. Case by case, and only when we believe in it enough to be wrong with you.

Manage

Representation, properly. We work your calendar and your deals the way an agency is supposed to: chasing the room you should be in, not the one that emailed. For artists and venues we think should be bigger than they are.

Co-produce

Your event, our production, shared upside. You know the audience; we bring the machine — and we’re in it with you on the night, not on a status call the week after.

Fund

You need money in the room. We know who writes those cheques and what they want in return, and we’ll make the introduction and structure the deal. We broker the capital — we’re not the capital.

Miami first, because that’s where we are and where the rooms know us. Then CDMX, Bogotá, Madrid — the cities this culture actually moves between. The formats we own travel with us.

The honest answer

Why not just hire the vendors myself?

You can, and for a small night you probably should. Then it’s ten contracts, ten negotiations, ten failure points, and nobody accountable but you. You contract once with us — the way you hire a producer, not a lighting tech — and the ten relationships underneath are ours to manage.

What you’re paying for isn’t access to a list. It’s knowing which of the four DJs in your budget actually turns up, which room passes inspection, which sponsor says yes in three weeks rather than three months — and having one number to call when something moves on the day.

Hire ZONA

Tell us what you’re making.

A headliner for New Year’s. A room for four hundred. A sponsor for a three-date series. A site and a campaign for a venue that opens in March. A concept you’ve been sitting on for a year. Tell us in a paragraph — no brief, no deck, no form to fill in.
